. How do I place my first order ? Your first order? Don't worry ! Yves Rocher has created a guide which will accompany you at every stage of your purchase. To consult this guide click here.

. Is it safe to use my credit card on yes, all information related to your order, and including the online payment by credit card, are protected. When you place an order using your credit card, the information is secured and encrypted as it is exchanged using the secure SSL connection. In fact, Yves Rocher guarantees your security.

. How to track my order ? To track your package, just go to To identify yourself, enter your customer number and your access code (your telephone number).
Click “Continue”. Your order will automatically appear on the screen. If you would like to make a payment, it's very quick and simple! You just have to check the box at the end of the line and enter your credit card number followed by the security code (found on the back of your card)

. How to create an account on the website ? You have two possibilities :
1) You can create your account directly on the homepage, by clicking on the link "Register Now" located under the Yves Rocher logo.
2) If you visit other pages on the site, click on the link "My account" at the top of the page, above the navigation bar. Once on this page, click on the link "create my account".

Then please fill in the form to create your account with your personal info, as well as your e-mail address.
Then, choose your confidential password, that you will confirm twice.
You then have to confirm the creation of your account. To do this, click at the bottom of your screen, on the "validate" button.

. How can I change my e-mail address ? First, you must visit the section "my account" at the top of page, above the navigation bar, then click on " my personal information".
You will then be able to register your new e-mail address. Then, you must confirm by clicking on "validate".
Important : with every change of address or e-mail, your information on the site will be also changed.

. What are the delays and shipping fees? Yves Rocher will process your order immediately, You will receive your order within 3 to 4 business days. For more remote areas, up to 10 business days are necessary.
