Official rules for the 2007 Dreams Come True Sweepstakes 1 The 2007 Dreams Come True Sweepstakes has been organized by Yves Rocher Inc. and is open to all residents of legal age in the United States and Canada. 2 There is no obligation to purchase to enter the 2007 Dreams Come True Sweepstakes¿. Reply today. Your entry must be received by January 12, 2008 at Yves Rocher Inc., P.O. Box 1701, Champlain, NY, 12919-1701. Entries are not transferable and mechanical reproductions are not valid. Yves Rocher Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due entries. 3 Yves Rocher employees, its representatives or agents, jury members and persons with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. 4 A total of 102 Sweepstakes prizes will be given away with a retail value of $40,000. Prizes will be distributed as follows: Grand Prize: a 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid (retail value $30,000, taxes not included) or cash equivalent. First prize: a trip in the Caribbean for two (retail value of $5,000) or cash equivalent. Second prize: 100 Botanical Beauty Baskets (retail value $50 each). The value of the prizes above is in US dollars. The Grand Prize must be picked up at a local Ford dealer. Automobile license, registration fees and all applicable taxes are the winner's responsibility. All other merchandise prizes will be shipped to winners. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash except as specified. No substitution for prizes except as necessary due to unavailability. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. The drawing will be supervised by Notary Republic whose decision is final. 6 The winners will be informed by registered mail no later than February 16, 2008. In order to win a prize, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone. Within 21 days of notification, the prizes must be claimed or alternative winners will be selected. Prizes will be sent to the winners by registered mail no later than March 15, 2008. Qualified winners accept in advance that Yves Rocher Inc. may use their name, address, and photograph forpromotional purposes. 7 A complete list of winners can be requested after March 22, 2008 by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Yves Rocher Inc., Canada, 2199 Fernand-Lafontaine, Longueuil, Qc J4G 2V7. 8 The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by the entry closing date. 9 Entering the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these rules.
