Runnier than expected, not as fresh
I was hoping this product finally answered my dreams for something that works like Purell for the face - something that can give you a very clean, fresh feeling all over the face and eyes without the need to rinse it off. Alas, this is much runnier than a "gel" should be so be careful when you pour it on the cotton pad. Also, even after two cotton balls, I still had traces of my bronze eye pencil, even though it is not waterproof at all and I didn't have that much on to begin with.
My skin felt clean enough after use, but ever so slightly sticky. However, the sticky feeling disappeared after about 15 minutes. This is probably great for camping or to pour in a small bottle and keep in your purse. I got it for half off which is an excellent value for the amount you get. It will last a long time (that is if you don't forget that it's more liquid than gel and pour out a bunch on the counter like I did the first time! :)).
