Yves Rocher Innovative marketing helps me shop!! When it comes to cologne, my dear hubby and I have vastly differing scent preferences. I like more mainstream, clean and manly scents (like cool water and eternity). He, on the other hand, prefers one-of-a-kind, pungent, in-your-face fragrances (case in point: his last fave scent was Diesel Zero, ugh!!!) One day I was thumbing through the latest mail order catalog, and was intrigued by the innovative way Yves Rocher had chosen to portray their selection of mens fragrances. They had defined each scent by the characteristics of a nature element (e.g. transat=ocean, hoggar=desert, etc.). When I asked him which element he most identified with, after reading each description, he immediately chose Hoggar. As we all know, it is near impossible to determine how any cologne smells when shopping online, but this one suited his to a tee!!! We were both pleased to have found a scent that is original, and not repulsive! Spot on, YR!!! August 31, 2012

Nice and Warm I gave this to both my sons and I like it when they wear it in the winter. It has a warmer, spicier scent, but not overpowering or too strong. It suits both of my sons and works well with the hair and body wash I gave them too. June 16, 2012
