Promotion applies to the regular price of our full-size items, with the exception of everyday low priced items like Beautiful Buy items, the Plaisirs Nature line, the Culture Bio line, trial-size items, Limited Editions, gift sets and some of the beauty accessories and seasonal items. When we show a special low price in our monthly printed mailings (Exceptional Value, Super Saver, Lowest Price Ever), we make every effort to match the website price to the printed price. For this reason, some items will be excluded from the site wide promotion to offer you the same low price.
General Terms and Conditions
Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers, bonus and coupons are only valid with Internet orders and there is a limit of 1 coupon per order. Promotion is not valid for residents of Puerto Rico and orders shipped to Hawaii, a Military Post Office zip code, Alaska and the Virgins Islands suffer longer delays in the shipment than the continental USA.

To return or exchange an orderYour satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), returning is simple and easy. We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return. There is a complete set of instructions on how to return your products on the back of your invoice.
