Shea Butter in its Purest Form It is amazing and a little goes a long way. I use it on my knees, elbows and feet over one of my Yves Rocher body lotions. Its texture is not like lotion or creamy it has more of a grainy texture. Because of its texture it is not spreadable like lotion. You have to scoop out the amount you want; add a little hand fire (rub it for 2 seconds) it will began to smooth out a little, then apply it to your body. My advice: start out with just a small amount and add more as you feel you need it. It is a great product to have for all seasons especially winter. Currently, I am using it on my knees; elbows; and feet daily. I am getting these ashy prone areas summertime ready. It gives your skin a shine and seems to be a great sealant because of its texture.
